Announcements

The Environmental Protection Agency published a Lead and Copper rule for Water Service Lines which required the Borough to submit a service line inventory to the Department of Environmental Protection by October 16. Letters dated October 31, 2024, were sent to select property owners (older homes) because the Borough is unsure of the water service pipe material. The Borough will investigate the lines of these properties over the next three years to determine the pipe material. For more information, you can visit the EPA website by searching for EPA Lead and Copper Rule".
